THE LIFE AND THE DEATH
But the word is very nigh unto thee, in they mouth, and in they heart, that thou mayest do it. See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to live the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, wither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it. I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both and thy seed may live; That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him; for he is thy life, and the length of thy days; that thou payest dwell in the land which the Lord swares unto the father, to Abraham, to Isaac, and Jacob, to give them. LA VIDA Y LA MUERTE
Porque muy cerca de ti esta la palabra, en tu boca y en tu corazon, para que la cumplas. Mira, yo he puesto delante de ti hoy la vida y el bien la muerte y el mal; porque yo te mando hoy que ames a Jehova tu Dios, que andes en sus caminos y guardes sus mandamentos sus estatutos y sus decretos, para que vivas y seas multiplicado, y Jehova tu Dios te bendiga en la tierra a la cual enteas para tomar pasesion de ella. Mas si tu corazon se apartare y no oyeres, y te dejares estraviar, y te inclinares a dioses ajenos y les sirvieres, yo os protesto hoy que de cierto pereceris; no prolongareis vuestros dias sobre la tierra adonde vais, pasando el Jordan para entrar en posesion de ella. A los cielos y a la tierra llamo por testigo hoy contra vosotros, que os he puesto delante la vida y la muerte, la bendicion y la maldicion; escoge, pues la vida, para que vivas tu y tu descendencia; amando a Jehova tu Dios, atendiendo a su voz, y siguiendole a el; porque el es vida para ti, y prolongacion de tus dias; a fin de que habites sobre la tierra que juro Jehova a tus padres, Abraham, Isaac, y Jacob, que les habia de dar. Deuteronomio 30:14-20

ESFUERZATE
Mira que te mando que te esfuerces y seas valiente; no temas ni desmayes, porque Jehova tu Dios estara contigo en dondequiera que vayas. Josue 1:9

Dijo ademas David a Salomon su hijo; Animate y esfuerzate, y manos a la obra; no temas, ni desmayes, porque Jehova Dios, mi Dios, estara contigo; el no te dejara ni te desamparara, hasta que acabes toda la obra para el servicio de la casa de Jehova. 1 Cronicas 28:20

Esforzaos todos vosotros los que esperais en Jehova. Y tome aliento vuestro corazon. Salmos 31:24

Fortaleced las manos cansadas, afirmad las rodillas endebles. Decid a los de corazon apcado; Esforzaos, no temas; he aqui que vuestro Dios viene con retribucion, con pago; Dios mismo vendra y os salvara. Isaias 35:3-4

Pues ahora, Zorobabel, esfuerzate, dice Jehova; esfuerzate tambien, Josue hijo de Josadac sumo sacerdote: y cobrad animo, pueblo todo de la tierra, dice Jehova y trabajad; porque yo estoy con vosotros dice Jehova de los ejercitos. Hageo 2:4

Esforzaos a entrar por la puerta angosta; porque os digo que munchos procuraran entrar, y no podran. Lucas 13:24
